I just want to thank you for the excellent IESO training I received last July, which has been an indispensable asset for my business. I also want to thank you for your advice regarding the importance of pump calibration. At first I was unhappy about purchasing the DryCal DC Lite because of the cost involved, but since I've been using it for several months I truly see the importance. On each job I calibrate my pump on site, and because of practicing proper calibration I see how easily the rotameter can move. Also, my pump recently went slightly out of calibration and if it weren't for the DryCal my pump would have been drawing incorrectly and possibly corrupting my tests. Also - I noticed when quoting jobs that explaining on-site calibration has been an edge for me over my competition, many of whom don't calibrate at all, let alone use an AIHA/A2LA accredited lab for analysis.

I wanted to tell you what a pleasure it was attending your seminar at the Sheraton in Lexington, MA. I am living a homeowner nightmare. Your insight and wonderful manner of using practical examples made it very easy to follow. Your conference was a very useful tool to better understand the world of fungi/mold. I hope to be making some headway in Mass. legislation for air quality standards in residential property as well as inspection for mold/fungi before purchase.
